Mission

Promote the chemical distribution industry in order to ensure a sustainable business environment for the chemical distribution sector in the short, medium and long term.

• Represent Fecc members' interests at European and international level

• Foster co-operation within the chemical distribution sector

Objectives

• Regulatory affairs: Monitor regulatory affairs and represent the industry's views before the European Institutions.
• Responsible Care: Increase sustainability by promoting the implementation of the Responsible Care Programme, based on the Eight Guiding Principles of ICCTA. Encourage ESAD II as a possibility for third party assessment of distributors' operations. Promote of Product Stewardship.
• Communications: Be a platform for Fecc to reach internal and external stakeholders. Whilst increasing Fecc’s visibility in the media.
• Co-operation within the industry: Strengthen relations between the chemical distribution industry, by fostering co-operation within the Fecc Members.
