Food Week 2026 is the 4th edition of the NextGen Food & Health Tech Summit, taking place in Basel, Switzerland, from 24 to 25 June. This two-day event aims to unite industry leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and investors to explore: cutting-edge technologies and emerging trends shaping the future of sustainable food systems, alternative proteins, AI-driven supply chains, and health-centered nutrition. It aims to attract C-suite executives and decision-makers from leading food and beverage brands, startups, and research institutions.
