Fecc Board Elections

Brussels, 21 June 2016 – Following the General Assembly meeting at the Annual Congress in Istanbul on 6 June 2016, four nominees were elected to the Board from the National Associations and they are Hans Christian Mengel, Kemi & Life Science, DK, Azelis, member of the KLS Board, representing the Scandinavian associations; Peter Newport, CBA, UK, CEO and Company Secretary CBA, and candidate for the treasurer position; Peter Steinbach, VCH, DE, Executive Board member of VCH and Cesar Villalba, AECQ, ES, Indukern, member of the AECQ Board.

As for the company members, Neville Prior, Cornelius group was re-elected for a new mandate and Franz Saif, BTC, is also the new appointee to the Board. Eduardo Parella, Quimidroga; Frank Schneider, IMCD and Nathalie Veronnelli, Eigenmann & Veronelli continue to serve for a further term in the office. In conclusion, Neville Prior continues as President, François-Xavier Du Passage as the Vice President and Peter Newport was elected as the new Treasurer.
