Most recently, RBH Group released details on a series of strategic leadership changes and organisational updates, effective 1 September 2025, including:
- Brendan Pope, current Managing Director, transitioning to become MD of Ransom Naturals within the O’Brien Group.
- Ralf Schueler, promoted to Chief Commercial Officer, leading RBH’s commercial strategy across the UK and EU.
- Phil Didlick, appointed as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening our financial and strategic capabilities.
- Introduction of a market-focused structure with expanded Business and Market Manager roles across the UK and EU.
These changes mark a new chapter with the target to strengthen RBH-Group's market presence, accelerate growth, and deliver greater value to principals and customers across Europe
