ICTA Joint RC/RD Programme

At national level in Europe, the Fecc national associations have developed national programmes. In order to obtain the right to use the Responsible Care logo, these national associations must comply with the Guidelines and sign a partnership agreement with the chemical producers association of their countries, which must be endorsed by Fecc and Cefic.

A distributor is granted the use of the Cefic Responsible Care logo by its national distributors association provided it complies with the requirements of the generic programme and those of the national distributors association.
