EU-OSHA is organising its Healthy Workplaces Summit on safety and healthy work in the digital age, at the Euskalduna Conference Centre, in Bilbao, Spain, on 3-4 December 2025.

Experts will discuss how digital technologies have, and continue to transform, the workplace, as well as the opportunities and risks that this may bring.

Targeted discussions will be held in 6 parallel sessions. Topics include:

• work organisation and organisational risks in a digitalised workplace,
• worker participation for a safe and healthy digitalisation of work,
• ethical aspects of digitalisation in the workplace, and
• many other pertinent subjects.
