Description

A successful, sustainable transformation of chemical supply chains and transition to circularity will have to be grounded on harmonized product sustainability data, exchanged seamlessly among companies. Digital Product Passports (DPP) – a cornerstone of multiple regulations in the EU and other jurisdictions – will be instrumental for this. The public-funded initiative Chem-X has been launched to prepare the chemical sector for the upcoming challenge, harmonizing metrics, methods and data formats and enabling the advent of DPPs.
