Iain Moore is the Global Head of Quality Assurance Croda Europe Ltd, a manufacturer of speciality and performance chemicals based in the United Kingdom. He has worked for Croda for 32 years, and for more than 25 years in various quality roles, including overseeing two UK regulatory inspections. He was project leader for the development and delivery of the EXCiPACT Certification Scheme, was its first President in 2012, and returned in 2016 as the new President and Chairman of the Board. He is also  chair of the EFfCI (European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients) GMP Committee which oversees the EFfCI GMP Guide and standard for Cosmetic Ingredients.


EXCiPACT asbl is a non-profit organisation that owns and manages oversight of an independent, third-party GMP/GDP Certification Scheme available to pharmaceutical excipient manufacturers and distributors worldwide. EXCiPACT certificate holders range from major international suppliers with multiple sites, to single site, smaller suppliers in 20 countries within Asia, Europe, Mid-East, and N. America.
