As of 05 January 2021, companies supplying articles containing substances of very high concern (SVHCs) on the Candidate List in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w) on the EU market have to submit information on these articles to ECHA.
The webinar will give a clear overview of the SCIP database notification system provisions by explaining the main concepts and definitions. It will provide practical advice on how to prepare and submit notifications. The session will also tackle specific challenges for chemical distributors and the support and benefits for companies, including SMEs, by showing the opportunities to develop a better functioning circular economy.
