Energy infrastructure priority projects for EU countries – Interactive map

The European Commission provides an interactive map displaying the Energy infrastructure projects proprietary for EU countries considering eleven priority corridors and three priority thematic areas. These projects are known as Projects of Common Interest (PCIs), of which some examples can be found here.

This map, know as “PCI interactive map” or “PCI Transparency Platform”, is a public information system that provides detailed information about Projects of Common Interest, including their geographic records, technical description, implementation plan and dates, the benefits they bring to Member States, and the local communities and the Union financial support. The Platform is updated with the entry into force of the PCI list, which happens every two years.
